This is AAA Grade Pietersite, an exotic looking variety of tigereye, is a mysterious stone blending chatoyant colors of blues, browns, golds, and reds. Like other chatoyant stones this piece seems to be alive as it changes character with movement and light. Pietersite is said to "hold the keys to the kingdom of heaven". It is a centering stone for your spiritual being, grounding you not to the earth, but to the etheric body and serves to remind you of your true spiritual essence. It also stimulates the third eye and the pineal gland, accessing the intuition and promoting profound spiritual visions and precognitions. It links into a very loving level of guidance. Each piece I create is an original, EXCLUSIVE design. No two pieces are ever identical. I let each stone guide me in the creative process as I lovingly craft a wire frame to securely embrace the stone. Then I take straight 14KT gold-filled wire and create each turn and twist of decorative work with my hands and small jewelry pliers. This beautiful pendant is exceptionally chatoyant and measures approximately 2-1/4" x 1" wide at the widest part of the design. This oval highly polished cabochon measures 37 mm x 21 mm
