Fine Silver (.999) "Dragonfly Dreaming" Pendant
This fine silver pendant is made by hand. The design is created from scratch so that no two are alike. A blue-green dichroic cabochon adds a colorful light drawing the dragonfly towards it. A light patina was added to bring out the details of the design. These pendants are 99.9% pure silver and each one is carefully hand polished to bring out its individual personality.
The pendant measures: 1-5/8"L x 3/4"W The large bail opening will accommodate chains and cords up to 3mm in diameter. 12 grams of pure silver. Chain/cord not included.

Dragonflies are appearing in record numbers these days, I’m seeing them everywhere I go.
Dragonfly Medicine
Dragonflies are very ancient with estimates of having been around for over 180 million years. They have a beautiful, jewel-like coloring. The bright colors take time to develop suggesting the idea that with maturity our own true colors come forth.
Although some have color pigments in their skin, for most the colors are caused almost the same way rainbows form. Structures in their shell scatter and refract the light, making them look iridescent green and blue. As they age, they may pass through several color changes. This ability to reflect and refract light and color has caused it to be associated with many forms of magic and mysticism . Dragonfly’s magic is the power of light and all that has ever been associated with it.
Dragonfly’s spectacular shifting of color and movement reminds us of a time when magic ruled the land. Dragonfly magic allows us to break our illusions in order to be transformed. The message of Dragonfly may be prompting you to let go of any illusions that impede your progress.
