First I hand-selected this polished AAA grade gemmy RHODOCHROSITE cut cabachon. Then as I sat down to create the pendant, I let the design emerge as I lovingly crafted a wire frame to securely embrace the stone. I used the highest quality 14kt gold-filled wire and created each turn and twist of decorative work with my hands and small jewelry pliers.

This is NOT the typical low grade rhodochrosite commonly sold. This piece shows Rich pink color with a gemmy quality. Truly Special!
