This is Museum quality Astrophyllite from Russia. The setting is reversable, handcrafted out of 14KT gold-fill.

Astrophyllite is said to put you in touch with your own inherent self-esteem, it allows you to see that you have no limitations and that "we are, in fact, all stars".

Each piece I create is an original, EXCLUSIVE design. No two pieces are ever identical. I let each stone guide me in the creative process as I lovingly craft a wire frame to securely embrace the stone. Then I take straight 14KT gold-filled wire and create each turn and twist of decorative work with my hands and small jewelry pliers. This beautiful pendant measures approximately 2-3/8" x 1-1/2" wide. This oval cabochon is polished and domed on both sides.
